The packs arrive on the machine conveyor, and are then automatically slowed down and spaced by Intralox conveyors and later the handles are applied.

Handle applicator
Standard automatic machines designed to apply handles on bundles wrapped with shrink film, wrap-around cartons, trays + films.
Our machines can manage different types of handles:
- cardboard handle and adhesive tape and the two materials are joined by machine
- handle with pre-labeled adhesive tape, the already unwound handle complete with the two materials
- soft touch handle, with adhesive tape and handle called “mousse”, the two materials are joined by machine
The standard handle applicators are grouped into three categories and we propose the machine that best suits the costumer’s technical needs.
Robotized handle applicator machine
The electronic handle applicator, high technological level product, can work different types of formats without the replacement of mechanical parts but only with software modifications.
There are four models:
- Mod. M.D.E.-VHT in single lane maximum working speed 100 per 1′ in single lane
- Mod. M.E.T.E.-VHT Maximum working speed 100 + 100 per 1′ in double lane
- Mod. M.E.T.E.-VHT140 Maximum working speed 140 + 140 per 1′ in double lane
- Mod. M.E.T.E.-V3HT Maximum working speed 120 + 120 + 120 per 1′ in triple lane
Uniclip
Automatic machines for applying plastic handles on single bottles or on multiple products in single and double lane.
- Uniclip-L with working speed up to 3500 bottles per 1’ in single lane
- Uniclip with working speed up to 5000 bottles per 1’ in single lane
- Uniclip with working speed up to 6000 bottles per 1’ in single track
- Uniclip – LDL with working speed up to 3000 + 3000 bottles per 1’ in double lane
- Uniclip – DL with working speed up to 5000 + 5000 bottles per minute in double lane
